For instance ~ with most traders now working from home, many will wear the same socks for a certain length of time before washing them ~ say until they have x-number of winning trades. Other traders won't take a shower until after market hours. Some traders have to use the same coffee cup every day, year in and year out. I have personally known traders who bought many of the same shirt in the same color ~ to wear for months at a time. And some traders would not trade at all, if something had been moved on their trading desk ~ making their trading area "out of sorts" ~ and so forth. I'm sure you have some of your own daily routines that you feel may make a difference in your trading.
